He is the founder of a clinic and research center Thought Genius, LLC in Glendale, Arizona. He has worked in the neuroscience field researching and training the brain for over twenty-nine years. Dr. Fannin is an international speaker, authority, and author in the field of optimal brain performance and cutting-edge neuroscience research.

Dr. Fannin was part of a research team at Arizona State University researching neuroscience and leadership; focusing on research accomplished at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
